Description

The grapes are picked at phenolic maturity and are mainly harvested by machine. 6 months in concrete vats and stainless steel tanks. The wine is protected from oxygen to preserve its aromatic potential. 5-months ageing on the fine lees.

Tasting Notes

Deep garnet red. Intense, fruity (blackcurrant/ raspberry) and complemented by notes of white pepper. This wine is juicy, powerful and fruity (red fruits notes) on the palate, with lovely roasted notes. There are silky and delicate tannins.

Serving Suggestions

Goes well with young milk-fed lamb.
Serving temperature 16 - 18°C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C - 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C - 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C - 8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%.
