These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the BMMI Shops website, bmmishops.com. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the website and Mobile app.
Use of the website and Mobile App
- We will, at all times, adhere to any legal restrictions imposed on us in connection with the sale and offering for sale of alcohol. Sales will only be made to individuals who confirm they are over the age of 21 and legally permitted to purchase alcohol.
- By submitting your personal data during registration, you consent to receiving email communications from BMMI Shops. You may opt out of receiving further emails at any time. By clicking the order form or purchase confirmation button (or equivalent), you agree to submit an order incorporating all these Terms & Conditions.
- We reserve the right not to accept your order, in which case we will have no further obligation to you.
- We may accept all or part of your order, either in terms of product types or quantities. Prices will be adjusted accordingly.
- You will receive a notification when your order is submitted. However, your order is not deemed accepted until your account has been debited. Even if we accept your order, no agreement exists if it becomes apparent that you are not over 21 or not legally permitted to purchase alcohol.
Ordering and delivery
6. The minimum order value for home delivery is BD 10. This value may change depending on the date and delivery slot selected and will be displayed at slot selection.
- Our obligation is to deliver the products to the address you specified, to someone who appears to be over 21, is legally permitted to purchase alcohol, and is authorized to receive the delivery. Proof of age and identity may be requested.
- A delivery charge of BD 1 applies to orders between BD 10 and BD 25. Orders above BD 25 qualify for free delivery. Charges may vary depending on the selected delivery slot.
- We will not dispatch or provide products until we have received cleared funds.
- Available delivery days and slots will be indicated at checkout.
- Deliveries can be made any time between 12:00 PM and 11:00 PM.
- Deliveries are limited to private residences in Bahrain. We reserve the right to refuse deliveries to residences near religious buildings, schools, or other sensitive locations at our discretion.
- Deliveries will be made on the same day following acceptance of the order, based on the selected time slot. Customers may choose an alternative day at checkout.
- We may use independent carriers. If no one is available to receive the order, a delivery card will be left to reschedule. If the carrier cannot deliver and the order is returned to us, you may be charged for re-dispatch.
- We are not responsible for non-delivery unless:
a) You were charged for products that were not delivered, or
b) You report missing items within seven (7) days of delivery.
- Our liability for non-delivery is limited to delivering the items within ten (10) days of being notified.
- We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or higher value if necessary.
- We are not liable for late or failed deliveries due to incorrect delivery information.
- We strive to display accurate and up-to-date product images. Actual products may vary. We recommend reading all product labels before consumption
Pricing
20. We aim to ensure all pricing on the website is accurate. If a pricing error occurs, we may:
a) Contact you to confirm whether you'd like to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order, or
b) Notify you that your order has been cancelled.
21. We are not obligated to supply products at an incorrect price.
22. We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, and product specifications at any time before order acceptance. Where an offer end date is specified, it is for guidance only.
23. Promotional prices are shown on the site; no additional discounts apply.
Special offers, vouchers and discounts
These terms apply to special offers and promotions advertised within our 'Top offers' section:
24. Offers are subject to availability and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
25. Vouchers are valid for a limited period only. Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.Only one voucher may be used per person, per promotion
26. BMMI Shops reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time.
27. Premier Club members may not use their member discounts in combination with other promotions. The higher discount (member vs. promotion) will automatically apply.
Cancellation of orders and complaints
28. You may cancel your order by calling Customer Service at +973 1773 9280. If we have already incurred costs (e.g., third-party services), you may be charged accordingly.
29. For complaints, please contact our Customer Service Team with full details. We aim to respond within three working days and will notify you if further delays occur.
Returns / refunds
30. All return/refund requests must go through our Customer Service Team.
31. Products can be returned for any reason (at your expense) within seven days of delivery, provided they are unopened and in their original condition.
32. With proof of purchase, returned products can be exchanged for other items of equal value. No cash refunds are provided.
33. Refunds for online payments via credit cards are processed after verification and typically take up to four (4) working days.
Premier Club members
34. Premier Club members are entitled to benefits when using bmmishops.com, subject to the membership Terms & Conditions.
Quality
35. We will not be responsible for product quality issues unless notified within seven (7) days of purchase, with full details and supporting evidence.
36.If you're not satisfied with a product's quality, contact Customer Service at +973 1773 9280.
Other
37. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of bmmishops.com.
38. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and any disputes will be handled exclusively by Bahraini courts.
