Deep colour with purple edge. Ripe dark fruits with violets, cederwood, liquorish and roasted sage. Soft, rich, mouth coating flavours, gravelly tannins, authentically Heathcote.

Perfect with Butterflied green prawns over seriously hot charcoal or a simple woodfired margherita pizza.
