Description
The grapes rich in sugars and primary aromas are gently pressed; then the first press wine undergoes fermentation at controlled temperature from 18 - 20°C.
Tasting Notes
Intense ruby red with slight nuances of garnet. Rich in primary aromas significantly intense and markedly Mediterranean. Soft and round, savory and intense flavor with a good return of the primary aromas felt on the nose. Well balanced and elegant with a very long finish.
Serving Suggestions
Red fruit tart, chocolate Bavarian, dark chocolate. Meditation.
