Traditional vinification in closed concrete vats. Average vatting time of 3 weeks, with light extraction to preserve freshness and finesse of the grape varieties. Aged for 16 months entirely in concrete vats.

Tasting Notes

Deep crimson-red. Complex aromas of blackcurrant, plum, cherry, roasted coffee, and cinnamon. Full-bodied with layers of ripe dark fruit, liquorice, and spice, leading to a long, elegant finish.

Perfect with Veal chuck, confit zucchini, reduced veal juice.
