KAI grapes come from the top plots of our MAX V vineyard in the Aconcagua Valley, 60 kilometers from the Pacific Ocean. The Mediterranean climate features a long dry season with warm summer days and cooling evening breezes from the Pacific.

Aromas of fresh figs, incense, paprika, nutmeg, roasted coffee beans, and graphite, with soft tobacco and black cherry notes on the palate, offering a seductive softness, juiciness, and good acidity, and finishing fresh and persistent.

Beef, lamb, spicy food and poultry.
Serving temperature 16-18 °C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C - 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C - 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C -  8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%
