Medium Bodied Red
Paired well with aged cheeses, game with truffles, game birds and red meat
Deep ruby red color with purple hues. The nose is powerful with notes of plum and black cherry jam accompanied by spicy hints in which cinnamon, pepper and licorice prevail. In the end, coffee and tobacco are used. In the mouth it is intense, softly powerful, with a lively alcohol and good freshness. Fine and well-presented tannins and a savory note to foretell the harmonious finale. Persistence is very good.
