Description
The selected vines are well-balanced, not overly vigorous, and harvested in perfect health. Mechanical harvesting is carried out at night, and the grapes are picked slightly under-ripe to preserve the purity of fruitiness and freshness. The Grenache and Syrah vats are blended a few weeks after vinification. Aged in stainless steel vats for 3 months.
Tasting Notes
Rouge Clair presents a bright ruby colour, announces a great freshness. Delicate aromas of strawberries, mashed raspberries with floras notes which gives a light touch. Clear and vivid attack, with a well-balanced acidity which makes the tasting refreshing. The delicate and fruity final leaves a nice sensation.

This elegant wine pairs well with light dishes, spicy flavors like tandoori chicken, or French classics like pate en croute
