Château Ormes de Pez belongs to the Médoc landscape since the 18th century. Located West of Saint-Estèphe and bordering the hamlet of Pez, the estate owes its name to a magnificent grove of elm trees, which no longer exists today. Château Ormes de Pez is the second property – after Château Lynch-Bages – acquired by the Cazes family in 1939.

Deep garnet colour with fresh cherry and black fruit aromas. The palate is structured and well-rounded, showing firm yet balanced tannins, with a fresh, lingering finish.

Best with grilled or slow-cooked red meats, lamb, game, and aged cheeses, where the wine’s structure and tannins balance rich, fatty dishes.
Serving temperature 16-18°C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C - 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C - 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C -  8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%.
