Domaine de L’Ostal Estibals 75cl

It takes its name from one of the domaine’s finest parcels... ‘‘Estibals’’. Domaine de L’Ostal Estibals is made from a blend of the youngest vines that do not meet criteria for the Grand Vin of Domaine de L’Ostal. The balance between Syrah, Carignan and Grenache provides a perfect expression of the Minervois appellation. The wine is aged mainly partially in French oak barrels for 12 months.

A beautiful garnet colour with lively reflections. Aromas of red and black berries (blackcurrant, raspberry, blueberry) alongside thyme, rosemary, and fresh liquorice. The palate is elegant and generous, showing a balance of freshness and roundness, with silky, dense tannins and a harmonious structure.

It goes well with Chicken tajine, Sweet and sour salmon, Réunion-style fish curry.
Serving temperature 16-18°C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C - 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C - 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C -  8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%.
