Les Hauts du Tertre reveals another facet of the estate, that of a wine to be discovered and appreciated in its younger years. Lively, with silky tannins, its fruity, spicy notes combine with the delicacy of Margaux wines.
Tasting Notes
Fruity, fresh, and elegant, with notes of bright red fruits like strawberry and Boysenberry, as well as black cherry and plum. Its palate is well-balanced with a juicy acidity and offers secondary aromas of spice, caramel, and hints of chocolate. The wine is medium to full-bodied with fine, ripe tannins and a fresh acidity, making it both drinkable in its youth and capable of aging.
