Meerlust Cabernet Sauvignon 75cl

This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon comes from three distinct vineyard parcels, hand-picked and vinified separately. After 6 months in barrel with malolactic fermentation, the best components were blended and returned to barrel for 12 more months of aging in 50% new French oak.

A deep garnet wine with bold aromas of dark and red fruit, oyster shell, and kelp. The palate is rich with ripe blueberries, fine tannins, and notes of dark chocolate and salted liquorice. Elegant and structured, with great aging potential.

Ideal with roast meats, steaks, and game.
Serving temperature 16 - 18°C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C - 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C - 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C - 8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%
