"Great undiscovered secrets". This is the phrase that best describes harvest, without a doubt, full of fascinating nuances. The harvest began on 12th August with white varieties, the concentration of aromas filling the winery throughout the entire winemaking process.
Tasting Notes
Deep Picota cherry color with violet hues. Aromas of ripe red fruits - plums, cherries, strawberries, and redcurrants - are complemented by notes of clove, cinnamon, vanilla, tobacco, and toffee from oak aging. Smooth and velvety on the palate, with sweet tannins, good structure, and a long, intense finish.

This wine is perfectly suited to mature cheeses, Iberian cold meats and grilled red meats.
