The concept behind Finca Constancia was innovative in Spain: the amily wishid to create an integrated winery and vineyard similar to the traditional Chteaux in Bordeaux.
Tasting Notes
Deep picota cherry color with violet hues, clear and bright. Aromas of raspberries and redcurrants, followed by balsamic notes, rosemary, and pepper. Smooth and flavorful on the palate, with balanced tannins, good structure, and a long, spicy finish.

This wine is perfectly suited to mature cheeses, Iberian cold meats and grilled red meats.
