Poligonos is the expression of those villages of the Valley. These are wines that make us travel through those places, through their landscapes, climates and soils. Fermented with native yeasts in concrete vessels. Aged in concrete.
Tasting Notes
Fresh and unoaked, showing red cherry, subtle herbs, and gentle spice. Medium-bodied with supple tannins and a clean, balanced finish.
