Description
The grape harvest began earlier than in 2019, with bunches selected for drying in early September. The first three weeks had good weather and summer-like temperatures, but by the end of the month, temperatures dropped by ten degrees, signaling the start of autumn. The grapes were of high quality, and the hilly Valpolicella region produced excellent wines for long aging.
Tasting Notes
Garnet-red with brilliant ruby reflections, it has broad, nuanced scents of wild berries. It is majestic and velvety, with rich, fruity dried grape tones.
Serving Suggestions
A wine for accompanying refined dishes (especially prime cuts of meat) and very ma-ture cheeses. It can also be enjoyed on its own at the end of a meal.
