Tasting Notes
Ruby red with a hint of fuschia. Intense, with notes of eucalyptus, sweet spices, such as cloves and blackcurrant. Full-bodied, fruity, elegant and refreshing, round and supple with silky coated tannins and a spicy finish. The blending of these two black grape varieties produces a fruity and subtle red wine. The power of the Syrah is tempered by the tenesse of the Cinsault.
Serving Suggestions
Pair best with Slow roast lamb, pulled beef, medium-aged cheeses.
