Description
This wine, which has benefitted from the same cultivation practices as those employed across the vineyard and the same level of care than during the winemaking process, is defined by its resounding Pauillac character, typical of its terroir and marked by the predominance of Cabernet Sauvignon. Garonne gravel. Hand-picked with selective sorting in the vineyard and in the winery. 12 months in one-wine barrels and two-wines barrels.
Tasting Notes
With a deep garnet color with purplish-blue hues, offers black fruits aromas (blackcurrant, black cherry). With a beautiful freshness, it reveals a supple attack with a good volume. On the palate, tannins are melted and the notes of black and red fruits are enhanced by some spicy touches.
Serving Suggestions
Best paired with grilled or roasted beef, lamb, duck, game meats, mushroom dishes, and mature cheeses. Its fresh structure and refined tannins make it an excellent match for rich, savory cuisine.
