"Attitude" is a reflection led by Pascal Jolivet since 2001. The idea being to produce a very high quality wine outside of Sancerrois while remaining in the Loire, the best terroir in the world for the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. His passion for this grape variety led him to a region rich in history and heritage, near the magnificent Chateaux of Cheverny and Chambord.
Tasting Notes
Brilliant ruby hue and expressive aromas of red fruits, including cherry and cassis. Subtle spicy notes add complexity, leading to a refined finish where balance, finesse, fruit, and delicate oak harmonize beautifully. Light-bodied and approachable.

Attitude is a versatile wine-perfect as an aperitif, and a great match with cheese, white meats, or even fish.
