Kanonkop Cabernet Sauvignon 75cl

A wine that exudes the refinement and purity of a classic Cabernet Sauvignon with the notes of dense black fruit, brambles and pineneedles elevated by a life-affirming freshness. Recognised as one of the New World's finest Cabernet Sauvignons, this wine expresses the uniqueness of Stellenbosch's Simonsberg terroir.

Deep garnet colour. Complex nose of cedar wood, cigar box, cassis, pencil shavings, bay leaf and a hint of paprika. Intense palate packed with layers of blackcurrant, black cherry, red plums, walnuts, baking spices and creamy vanilla and cedar wood. This wine has a broad mid palate, beautifully balanced acidity, silky tannins and a long satisfying finish.
