Errazuriz Estate Range Cabernet Sauvignon 75cl

The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes come from the Maipo Valley, were alluvial soils on terraces balance vine growth. The cool summer temperatures from the nearby Andes enhance aroma and flavor development. The grapes were hand-harvested, sorted, crushed, and fermented in stainless steel tanks with 15 to 25 days of maceration. Then, 15% of the wine was aged for 6 months in French and American oak barrels.

Ruby red with violet rims, offering spicy notes, plums, cherries, and hints of cinnamon and nutmeg. The palate features cherry pie, raspberry, and a touch of licorice, with fresh acidity and round, pleasant tannins.

Goes best with steak such as Prime rib, Sirloin and tenderloin.
Serving temperature 16-18 °C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C - 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C - 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C -  8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%
