Description

Hand and mechanical harvesting, taking care to respect the integrity of the berries. Vinification in concrete vats after destemming. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and moderate use of sulfur. Maceration for 3 to 4 weeks. Aged in unlined concrete vats (90%) and 10% in barrels for approximately 12 months.

Tasting Notes

Very intense purplish red. Aromas of blackcurrant, raspberry, and violet. Smooth and rounded on the palate, with ripe red fruit flavors, hints of vanilla, and a lingering stewed fruit finish.

Perfectly with oven-baked veal rack with forestry sauce and Hasselback potatoes.
Serving temperature 15 - 17°C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C - 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C - 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C - 8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%.
