Cloudy Bay Chardonnay is one for connoisseurs and gastronomic adventurers: refined, poised and balanced. Painstakingly made using traditional techniques, it is a true 'food wine'. Fruit from vineyards in the stony soils of Wairau Valley and the dense clay of the Southern Valleys work together to create a wine that marries ripe stone fruit and citrusy elegance.

Fresh and expressive, with white nectarine, pear, citrus, and subtle savoury oak. Vibrant and focused, with citrus, apricot, greengage, and refreshing minerality. Crisp, mouthwatering, and elegant with a lingering mineral character.

Our Chardonnay is a natural match for just about everything, but especially seafood and other bright or creamy flavours. Try it with Caprese salad, soft cows' cheeses, cream sauces or anything smoked or chargrilled.
Serving temperature 10 - 12°C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C - 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C - 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C - 8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%.
