Description
After a light settling, 90% of the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats and 10% in oak barrels. The temperature is controlled at around 16° to preserve the fruity character of the wine. Light filtration.
Tasting Notes
Brilliant light gold colour. Fresh fruit aromas (citrus) combine with a refreshingly floral nose. The palate, supple and round, is very long and ends with lemony and buttery notes.
Serving Suggestions
Excellent accompaniment to seafood, tapas, gougeres or goat cheese.
