Description

The grapes come from selected vineyards in regions close to the Atlantic coast. After reception at the winery, the the winery, the grapes were completely destemmed and pressed at a low temperature to guarantee their full aromatic potential. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of between 15 and 17ºC.

Tasting Notes

Aromatic and elegant white with citrus yellow and golden tones. Bursting with ripe peach, melon, and white floral notes, with touch of vanilla. Smooth and well-rounded on the palate, with a long, balanced finish and gentle oak integration.

Serving Suggestions

The perfect combination for grilled vegetables, pasta with cream sauce, sushi and grilled poultry. Serving temperature 7 - 10°C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C - 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C - 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C - 8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%
