Description
The origin of Château Timberlay goes back to the 14th century, during the 100 Years' War, when Aquitaine was under English domination. The chateau was destroyed during the French Revolution, later rebuilt, and has been completely renovated since the Second World War. The wine of Château Timberlay has won prizes regularly for the past century, and has an excellent international reputation.
Tasting Notes
Beautiful golden yellow hue. White flowers, peach, and lemon. Soft attack, fruity, round and well-balanced with lively freshness. Long and pleasant finish.

Grilled fish, seafood, sushi, chicken dishes, creamy pasta, salads, and soft cheeses.
