The wine is then aged between 16 and 18 months in French oak barrels of which 60% are brand new, in a cellar maintained at 15 °.
Tasting Notes
Still quite closed but show great promise of both fresh and preserved fruits. Tannin is present but not dominant so the wine will be enjoyable within about 10 years.
