Chateau Tour De Capet Saint-Emilion Grand Cru 75cl

Chateau Tour De Capet is located on sandy-silt soil, Tour de Capet is known for its youthful, delicate tannins, which open onto aromas of red fruit. The sand here is a godsend for a winegrower, it is so easy to work.

Purple in colour with a nose which reveals aromas of crisp black fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry, blueberry) and spice (cinnamon, vanilla, cloves). The palate is supple and silky, revealing black fruit and spice, with medium acidity and fine, silky tannins for a pleasant finish. This wine will soon be expressive and seductive. 

Suitable for roasted or grilled beef, pork and game dishes.
Serving temperature 16 - 18°C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C - 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C - 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C - 8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%

Château Tour de Capet is a Saint-Émilion Grand Cru. The property lies to the south of Saint-Émilion, close to the village of Saint-Hippolyte. The 10 hectares of vines enjoy an excellent position with good southerly exposure, making a ripe, full-flavoured wine that offers exceptional value. Since 2009 the property has been run by Antoine Moueix Propriétés, a producer with over a century’s experience on the Right Bank of Bordeaux.
