Chateau Timberlay Rouge 75cl

The origin of Château Timberlay goes back to the 14th century, during the 100 Years' War, when Aquitaine was under English domination. The chateau was destroyed during the French Revolution, later rebuilt, and has been completely renovated since the Second World War. The wine of Château Timberlay has won prizes regularly for the past century, and has an excellent international reputation.

Deep ruby red. Blackberry, blackcurrant, strawberry, with elegant oak and spice notes. Fresh, round and ample-bodied with delicate tannins. Long finish with hints of vanilla and cinnamon

Ideally with red meats, roast lamb, beef stew, duck, BBQ dishes, mature cheeses, and mushroom-based dishes.
