Enjoy the finesse and power of this special wine from the heart of Medoc in the commune of St Julien. Ruby colour ranging from deep violet to shades of purple to the edge of the glass. A nose that fills the senses with licorice then ripe fruit, like blackcurrants and blueberries. Peonies, roses and pepper. On the palate the wine has a supple, fat, rich attack with fresh acidity that remains subdued in relation to the ripeness of the substance : Vintage and Image may vary
Tasting Notes
The wine has a pleasant, silky taste with well integrated tannins, light oak and spicy nuances and a long elegant finish, which reveals the colors red and black fruits.

best served with grilled beef and its marrow, lamb ribs with thyme, partridge with bacon, duck stew and fresh eel stew.
