Description
Château Marsac Séguineau is a blend of Merlot (50%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (50%). The vinification of Château Marsac Séguineau is traditional. The grapes are carefully sorted in the cellar, then placed in stainless steel vats with a capacity adapted to the plot. The vinification is slow and at low temperature. The wine is aged for 12 months in barrels.
Tasting Notes
Ruby color with intense and bright reflections. Expressive aroma that reveals notes of raspberry and mocha when shaken. The palate is broad and elegant, with savory tannins. A fresh finish with notes of licorice and cocoa.
Serving Suggestions
It goes very well with tasty dishes such as roast meat, stews and Iberian sausage.
