Description
Located 500 meters from Château Grand Corbin Manuel, the 13 hectares of Château Haut-Cadet are situated in the northwest of the Saint-Émilion appellation. The vineyard shares one of the two main soil types found at Château Grand Corbin Manuel, namely a deep clay subsoil covered with ancient sands.
Tasting Notes
A broad and very pure bouquet, with aromas of black cherries, blackcurrant, and crushed violets. The palate is medium-bodied, structured, and savoury, featuring dried dark fruit flavours and pronounced tobacco notes.

Perfect with Roast lamb, grilled red meats, mushroom dishes, and aged cheeses.
