The wine is aged for approximately 18 months in French oak barrels, about 70% of which are new. This aging process adds complexity, structure, and subtle oak nuances while allowing the wine’s fruit and minerality to shine.

Crisp aromas of red currant, cranberry, tobacco, and cedar. The palate is taut and balanced, with fine tannins, fresh acidity, and a mineral-driven finish full of energy.
