Intense ruby red with garnet tinges. Bold and persistent with floral (violet), fruity (berries), and spicy (nutmeg) notes. Dry and full-bodied, with a harmonious elegance and mild tannins that soften over time.

Perfect with roasts, poultry, hare, grilled red meat and mature cheeses.
