Zonin Pinot Bianco  Fruili D.O.C 75cl

The hand-picked grapes undergo delicate crushing and soft pressing in horizontal presses. Temperature controlled fermentation is followed by longish maturation on the wine's own natural lees until it achieves perfect balance.

Bright and straw yellow. Aromas of fresh fruit and nutty notes. Dry yet delicately fruity, with a clean, attractively long finish.

An excellent aperitif, it also pairs refinedly with non-meat appetizers, pasta and rice dishes with delicate sauces, and fish or white meats.
Serving temperature 7-10 °C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C - 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C - 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C - 8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%
