Mouton Cadet is the distinctive story of a Bordeaux wine created and perpetuated by the Baron Philippe de Rothschild family. This wine is 16 months in tanks on lees in a reductive environment. Minimal addition of sulfites.

Garnet with subtle ruby highlights. Aromas of cherry, strawberry, garrigue, and sweet spices, with a touch of pepper. Smooth and fruit-forward on the palate, featuring fine tannins and a long, spicy finish.

Perfect with Beef tartare, Duck breast with summer vegetable skewer, Vension steak and butternut.
Serving temperature 16 - 18°C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C - 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C - 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C - 8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%.
