Penfolds Max's Chardonnay 75cl

Max's Chardonnay is a superb expression of cool climate Chardonnay. Crisp and complex green apple, citrus and stone fruit flavours with creamy, creme brulee-like French oak and toast on the finish. Seven months in French oak barriques (5% new).

Pale straw with green hues. Aromas of cream, cashew nuts, white peach, nectarine and citrus blossom, with subtle oak. The palate is rich and textured, featuring stone fruit, nougat and grapefruit, balanced by refined acidity and a mineral edge, with a long, elegant finish.

Perfect with seafood, grilled poultry, creamy pasta dishes, and Margherita pizza.
Serving temperature 8 - 13C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C - 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C - 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C - 8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%.
