Description
100% Pinot Noir, the grapes are handpicked and destemmed. Cold maceration for 10 days, vatting for 12 to 15 days. Natural vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. Clay-limestone soil.

Complex wine with a dark fruit and spice structure, enhanced by subtle tannins. Wine to keep.
