Otello Ceci is a remarkably refreshing sparkling red wine. Slightly effervescent with notes of ripe strawberry, raspberry, dark plum and violet. It is medium-dry and full-bodied, with a smooth, velvety texture.

Notes of blackberries, strawberrie , and violets with a pleasant acidity and gentle fizz of Lambrusco grape. It strikes a perfect balance between freshness and depth.

Pair with other classic Parma dishes like Parmesan Reggiano cheese or prosciutto. Lambrusco also has the perfect relationship with pizza.
