La Collina Dei Ciliegi Camponi 75cl

The harvest takes place at the end of September with picking by hand and selection of the best and most sunexposed grape bunches. The grapes are destemmed and gently crushed, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats at 24-26°C. Maceration for 10 days with daily pumping over and delestage. 6 months in stainless steel vats and 3 months of bottle-aging.

Deep ruby red with violet reflections. It has aromas of wild strawberries, cherry, and violet. On the palate, it's snappy and juicy, with a lingering, savory finish.

Pairs well with Italian appetisers, soups and pasta dishes. Also ideal as a red wine in summer to accompany fish dishes.
Serving temperature 16-18°C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C – 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C – 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C -  8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%
