The wine is matured 18 months in French oak barrels, which enhance complexity and structure, adding layers of cedar, spice, and subtle vanilla while integrating the tannins and deepening the wine's overall elegance and ageing potential.

Full bodied and expressive, bursting withnotes of blackcurrant, black cherry, and plum, accented by hints of bell pepper. The tannin structure is grippy yet well integrated, supporting a succulent, balanced palate layered with undertones of tobacco and eucalyptus.

Enjoy this wine on it's own or paired with herb-crusted rack of lamb, char-grilled meats, or smoked cheese.
