Roodeberg truly is one of South Africa's iconic wine brands.  The story of Roodeberg spans over seven decades, and is still being written. From the very beginnings of the South African wine industry, Roodeberg personified the typical Cape red blend. A wine so sought-after that it was a powerful bartering tool, a collector's item, a fixture on dinner tables and a taste of home for those abroad.

This iconic red blend reveals aromatic layers of dark fruit, black currant, plum, and cassis. The palate displays undertones of spice and dark chocolate, with a balanced tannin structure, luscious fruit, and prominent oak.

Enjoy this wine on its own or as an accompaniment to barbequed roast, grilled and barbequed red meat and chicken dishes.
