Grapes are carefully selected and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve fruit and freshness. Gentle extraction techniques are used to maintain a smooth, approachable texture.

A raspberry red colour. Notes of red fruits complemented by a nose of coffee and mild spice, pepper and nutmeg. Fruity. Flavours of stone-fruits and stewed prune, slightly spicy. A fine finish. An easy drinking wine.

Pairs well with grilled meats, poultry, pasta in tomato sauce, charcuterie, and soft cheeses.
Serving temperature 16 - 18°C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C - 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C - 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C - 8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%
