Guado Al Tasso Bolgheri DOC Antinori 75cl

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and occasionally a small amount of Petit Verdot to best represent the complexity and elegance of the Bolgheri terroir. This wine can be enjoyed immediately, perhaps even more so than the past vintage, but also has exceptional aging potential, an extended period of bottle aging allows the wine to evolve and improve over time.

Intense ruby red with aromas of red fruit, floral notes, sweet spice, tobacco, and licorice. Silky and savory on the palate, with elegant tannins, excellent balance, and a refined finish.

Goes well with grilled steak, roast lamb, braised beef, game dishes, truffle pasta, and aged hard cheeses.
Serving temperature 16 - 18°C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C - 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C - 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C - 8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%
