"Judri" ("Iudrio") is the name of the stream flowing near Tenuta Sant'Helena Estate, delimiting the province of Gorizia from the Udine one.
Tasting Notes
Straw-yellow with greenish tinges. A very intense, exciting aromaticity which recalls yellow bell pepper, banana and melon. An elegant sip, capable of giving balanced sensations of acidity and minerality that strengthen its structure.
Serving Suggestions
Great with fish appetizers and shellfish, its vegetal notes are also enhanced by preparations with vegetables and aromatic herbs
