Description

From the vinification of 100% pure Sauvignon grapes. The origin is that of the prestigious DOC area of Collio, the grapes are grown within the company limits of the Tenuta di Venco, near Gorizia. For the vinification, the grapes vinify in steel where they remain for a few months. A bottle with which the company demonstrates how even international vines have their importance in the terroir of Friuli Venezia Giulia.

Tasting Notes

Greenish-tinged white with heady notes of yellow bell pepper, banana and melon; smooth, alluring, firmly structured body. This limited-production wine is the fruit of meticulous clonal selections.
