F-Series Sauvignon Blanc 75cl

An a typical style of Sauvignon Blanc (for Marlborough) that is textural with tastes of earth and mineral rather than fruit. Fruit with good exposure to light was hand harvested from a discrete one-acre block on the estate that we call the Quail Trail. Bunch pressed with no juice clarification and fermented with uninoculated ‘yeasts’ left on lees for 11 months prior to bottling. Harmless crystals may form in the bottle.

A fine, expressive Sauvignon Blanc with grapefruit aromas and underlying notes of ginger and toast. The palate is creamy and textural, full of stone fruit and savoury complexity

Goes well seafood, green salads, thai cuisine and fresh goat cheese.
Serving temperature 7 °C - 10 °C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C - 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C - 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C - 8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%
