Aromas of hedgerow flowers (acacia, may, honeysuckle, and a very delicate elderflower) as well as violet, lemon, white peach, or flint. Time brings out honey, quince, and dried fruits. Full of fruit, and the palate is lively and well-rounded, meaty and long.
