Description
Harvested by hand, the grapes are rigorously sorted upon arrival at the winery. This wine has benefited from aging on fine lees in stainless steel tanks and French oak.
Tasting Notes
The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, waxy in texture with almond and white peach toward the finish that does not quite deliver the precision of the Bouguerots. Give this two or three years in bottle.
Serving Suggestions
Goes well with fish in hollandaise sauce, lobster salad, aged goat cheeses.
