Aromatic nose of lime, pink grapefruit, tomato leaf, elderflower; palate is tangy and fresh with verbena, lime, and a clean minerality.

Seafood (prawns, grilled fish, oysters), Sushi and light Asian dishes or Grilled vegetables or asparagus.

Domaine de la Baume is a historic Languedoc estate established in 1880, located in Servian near Beziers. Currently owned by the Helfrich family (Les Grands Chais de France), the estate blends tradition with modern winemaking, respecting the land through sustainable practices.
