De Bortoli Family Selection Shiraz Cabernet 75cl

Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon make wonderful partners in traditioanl Australian blend. The spiciness of the Shiraz and berry flavours of the Cabernet Sauvignon make for a harmonious blend. Harvested at optimum flavour ripeness, then fermented on skins for 5-6 days at 24-28ºC with American oak.

Fragrant dark fruits with hints of red cherry and spicy oak. Fruit driven palate, blackberry and cherries with hints of vanilla oak.

Serving temperature 16-18 °C | Ideal storage temperatures: Red Wine: 12 °C < 19 °C, White Wine: 8 °C < 12 °C, Champagne: 5 °C < 8 °C. | Wine is best stored in a dark room, vibration-free and with humidity under 70%
