Dead Arm is a vine disease caused by the fungus Eutypa Lata that randomly affects vineyards all over the world. One half, or an ‘arm' of the vine slowly becomes reduced to dead wood. That side may be lifeless and brittle, but the grapes on the other side display amazing intensity : Vintage and Image may vary

This is a wine with great power, depth and length. The gritty fruit tannins provide immense structure. It opens with anise, black pepper and dark cherries before giving way to irresistible mulberry, plum, liquorice and spice. The anise and spice remain long after the last sip
